There is a growing demand to create time synchronized transcripts of audio recordings or when available align existing text transcripts to corresponding audio content. Synchronized audio transcripts increase the value of audio content by making it searchable and easily navigable. Listeners use the synchronized transcript to search or navigate to a specific audio spot of interest. It further enhances comprehension of audio content especially for non-native listeners or listeners with ESL (English as a Second Language).
The Transcript Sync service synchronizes text transcripts with the accompanying audio content. Customers use the web interface to upload both the audio and text transcript and receive a time synchronized audio transcript containing hyperlinks from the text to the corresponding spot in the audio stream.
In the absence of existing text transcripts, SyncNow can also provide text transcripts as an additional service.
